Agreement to Terms

By using the services of LeafRise Santa Fe Artificial Grass, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services means you accept any changes.

Services We Provide

We provide artificial grass installation and related services for residential and commercial properties in Santa Fe, NM and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We'll do our best to meet your timeline, but weather, material availability, and other factors may affect our schedule.

We provide estimates based on the information you give us and our site evaluation. Final pricing may change if site conditions are different than expected or if you request changes to the project scope.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate information about your property and any site conditions that might affect the installation. This includes underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other features we need to know about.

You must provide clear access to the work area and make sure any required permits are obtained before we begin work. If you're not the property owner, you must have permission to make these improvements.

Payment Terms

We require a deposit to schedule your installation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.

If you cancel your project after we've begun work or purchased materials, you may be responsible for costs already incurred.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and will address any installation issues that arise from our work. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your project contract.

Our warranties don't cover damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications to the installation.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services we provided. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential damages. We carry appropriate insurance, but our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for our services.

Property Damage and Utilities

While we take great care during installation, underground utilities and irrigation systems aren't always clearly marked. You're responsible for identifying and marking any underground features before we begin work. We recommend calling 811 before any digging project.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We believe in fair solutions and open communication. Any disputes that can't be resolved through discussion will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Santa Fe, NM before going to court.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any legal proceedings must take place in Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
